FAQs

•What is the shifting schedule of the caregivers?

Answer: The 1st caregiver will serve for first 12 hours, while the 2nd caregiver will serve for the next 12 hours to complete a day.

•Who will provide the food for the caregivers?

Answer: The client has to provide the caregiver(s)' 3x a day meal and since the caregivers serve “stay-in”, the client is required to provide a decent sleeping space for the caregivers.

•Can a client avail “Stay-out” Caregiver?

Answer: Yes, but the Stay-out Caregivers are not always available because YHHS’ trained personnel may not be living near clients’ location. Also, the service fee may be higher as the stay-out caregivers are responsible for their daily transportation and food expenses.

•How will YHHS monitor their services?

Answer: The YHHS head nurse will personally visit the client twice a month for care monitoring and service evaluation as coordinated with the patient, his/her relatives, and the serving caregivers.

•In case a client does not want the assigned caregiver who was sent to them, can the client ask to change the caregiver?

Answer: The client may ask to change the caregiver right away if they want (anytime).

•Can a client seek for medical advice from YHHS?

Answer: The client may have emergency teleconsultation with the YHHS physician (free of charge for 1 consultation per month).

•What if the client needs more than one (1) caregiver every 12-hour shift?

Answer: The client may demand for more number of caregivers in the package as needed.

•Can the client ask for package discounts?

Answer: Discounts may be applied for long term contracts (at least 6 months)
